Response, Intervention, Support, and Education (RISE) Program

The Utah Department of Health and Human Services (Utah DHHS), Response, Intervention, Support, and Education (RISE) Program is soliciting applications for the MPOX and Sexual Health Education 2024 grant to contract with qualified agencies that have the capacity to expand MPOX and sexual health education to priority populations in their jurisdiction. The purpose of this funding is to increase access to MPOX and sexual health education by Utah-based providers to priority populations.

The number of grants awarded will vary on funding availability, the number of applications received, and the funds requested.

Funding is made possible by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Grant Applications are due to Cecilia Cardozo Jimenez at [email protected] on Friday, May 17, 2024, by 11:59 pm. Any applications submitted after May 17, 2024, will be disqualified.

Applicants will be notified of funding status on or before June 03, 2024.
